General: Neon Studios is a purpose built Rehearsal and Recording complex. Please note. All areas of the Studio are covered by CCTV. These general terms and conditions are for the Safety and Benefit of all who use the facilities. |

Any persons may be asked to leave and may be barred from our premises and facilities if they initiate or are involved in any of the following:

Fire Evacuation: When visiting Neon Studios, please familiarize your self with the Fire Exit points. In the event of a fire, please make your way to the nearest Fire Exit following the fire exit signs. The fire assembly point is situated on the footpath outside the gates of the main car park. |

Electrical Safety: Bands wishing to use their own equipment do so at their own risk. No responsibility will be accepted by Neon Studios for any damage or injury caused by faults arising from their use. Repair or replacement costs for any damage to Neon Studios or any Neon equipment arising from the use of non-Neon equipment will be recovered from the person who booked the room. |

Equipment: All studios and suites are equipped with full Backline, and PA. On arrival, the Studio Assistant will provide all equipment that has been requested including any extra hire equipment. |

Accidental Damage: Should any accidental damage occur to any part of the Studio, please report it to reception immediately. Failure to do so may result in an accident being
interpreted as willful damage. (See 2) |

Bookings: Rehearsal rooms may be booked at any time, in person or by telephone. Block bookings will be accepted. Please see reception or ask for details. |

Fees: Studio hire prices will be shown in reception and on the web site http://www.neonrehearsals.com/ - 1 month’s notice of price increases will be given. |

Payments: Studio fees are to be paid prior to use of facilities in Cash. |

Cancellations/Refunds: If you need to cancel a booking the following fees are applicable. More than 48 hrs notice is required to incur no charge. 50% of the fees will be applicable for 24 hrs notice. For less than 24hrs notice full fee will be applicable. This policy applies to single and block bookings. |

Smoking: Smoking is only allowed the designated smoking area, outside the front doors of the Neon premises. This area is clearly marked. For fire safety please use the ash bins provided. Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere else in the building. |

Drugs and Alcohol: No drugs are permitted on the premises at any time. If any person using or distributing drugs is found on the premises, law enforcement will be called immediately. Neon Studios is not a licenced venue. Alcohol is prohibited on the premises. |

Eating: The Neon Cafeteria will be open to members and their guests for light drinks and snacks. Food and drink is NOT allowed in any of the Rehearsal and Recording suites. |

Anti-Social Behaviour: Our staff is here to help and support you. Verbal or physical abuse will not be tolerated and legal proceedings will be initiated against any offender. |

Car Parking: In the interests of all who use Neon could you please park sensibly and avoid blocking people in. Neon Studios will not be held responsible or liable for any accidents or incidents that occur in the car park on the premises. Parking any vehicle in our car park is the responsibility of the owner/driver of the vehicle. |

Leaving the Premises: We respectfully ask that you leave the premises quietly in the interest of good neighbour relations. Please refrain from shouting, beeping car horns and playing car stereos at high volumes. |
